New Nutmeg ATM/Debit Card: You will receive a new Nutmeg ATM/Debit Card in March to replace your current CrossPoint card.

Until we integrate our credit unions on April 13, you should continue to conduct your financial transactions as usual. Any action you need to take beginning April 13 will be outlined in the Transition Guide you will receive in late March.
There will be no changes to your accounts until we combine our credit union systems and your accounts transition to Nutmeg on April 13. You will receive a Transition Guide in late March that includes all the details of the transition. We will work hard to make the integration as easy as possible for you.
Not quite yet. CrossPoint members will be able to take advantage of Nutmeg’s products and services beginning April 13. You’re always welcome to become a member of Nutmeg if you’d like to take advantage of their products and services earlier.
Your CrossPoint ATM/Debit Card will work through Sunday, April 12. You should activate and begin using your Nutmeg ATM/Debit Card beginning Monday, April 13.
You will receive your new Nutmeg ATM/Debit Mastercard in the mail no later than March 31. Please call us at 203.288.1695 if you have not received your card by this date.
You can activate your Nutmeg ATM/Debit Mastercard beginning on Monday, April 13.
After you have activated your new Nutmeg ATM/Debit Mastercard, you will need to re-establish any automatic payments you had previously set up using your CrossPoint ATM/Debit Card.
Your current card limits will remain the same, with a $500 ATM withdrawal limit and a $1,500 limit for retail purchases.
Beginning April 13, account numbers will change for a limited number of members. If your account number is changing, you will receive a letter by U.S. mail no later than March 31 with your new account number.
Our branch hours will remain the same.
Not yet. We first need to convert CrossPoint member information to Nutmeg’s database so we can access your information when you visit a Nutmeg branch. You will have full access to all the Nutmeg branches beginning April 13.
No, you will not need to open a new Nutmeg account. On April 13, your accounts will automatically transition to a similar Nutmeg account.
Please continue mailing your deposits and loan payments to the same location. We will notify you of any address changes well in advance.
Our current telephone numbers, emails and website will stay the same for now. Beginning April 13, you should begin using Nutmeg’s website.
Your accounts will remain safe, sound and federally insured through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), a U.S. Government Agency, as they are today.
