88th Annual Meeting + Dinner

Notice of Annual Meeting

CrossPoint Federal Credit Union is holding its annual meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. The meeting will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Irish American Community Center, 9 Venice Place, East Haven, CT. All members are welcome to attend. Dinner will be served buffet style. A 20-dollar deposit is required when you RSVP and can be taken from your account, attendees will be refunded their $20 deposit. RSVP must be received by April 19th, 2024. In accordance with the bylaws of the credit union, the chair approves the following nominee:

Ben Deible – Ben has served on the board of directors since 2015 and had previously served on the board of United Shoreline Federal Credit Union prior to the merger with our credit union in 2015. Ben works for Avangrid (formerly the United Illuminating Company) as a Project Analyst. Ben is nominated to serve a three-year term expiring in 2026. Nominate Ben by emailing AnnualMeeting@crosspointfcu.org.”

Other Nominations

Nominations may be made by a petition of at least 1% (104) members, based on the number of members on record as of January 31, 2024. Such nominations must be received by the secretary of the credit union (Mark Consorte) at its 105 Sanford Street, Hamden office no later than April 15, 2024. To be effective, petition nominations must be accompanied by a signed certificate from the nominee stating agreement with the nomination and willingness to serve if elected. Final nominations will be posted at the credit union office by April 19, 2024, in accordance with the credit union bylaws.
