87th Annual Meeting + Dinner

Crosspoint Federal Credit Union is holding its annual meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. The meeting will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Millpond Gathering, 1565 Middletown Ave, Northford, CT.  All members are welcome to attend.  The cost is $35 per person.  Attendees will have a choice of a served entrée of fish, chicken, or beef, dinner will include appetizers and dessert.  Everyone attending will receive a complimentary gift and be eligible to participate in a raffle.  RSVP with meal choice(s) must be received by May 1, 2023. You may email us at annualmeeting@crosspointfcu.org, or let us know at any of our offices or contact Shanita Alston at 203-288-1695, ext. 254.

In accordance with the bylaws of the credit union, the nominating committee has presented the following slate of nominees.  The three nominees below are up for re-election this year:

Jim Finch

Jim has served on the Board for over 25 years. Jim is up for a 3-year renewal term expiring in 2026 as a member of the Board. Jim currently works for the town of Branford as their Finance Director. 

LaDonna Blow

LaDonna has served on the board of directors since 2010 and is the payroll supervisor for Cheshire Board of Education. LaDonna is nominated to serve a two-year renewal expiring in 2025.

Warren (Hank) Petroskey

Hank has served multiple terms on the Board of directors starting with United Shoreline Federal Credit Union’s board. Hank has served as a very strong representative for credit unions through the Connecticut Credit Union League for many years and is retired from United Illuminating.  Hank is nominated to serve a two-year term expiring in 2025.

Other Nominations

There will be no nominations from the floor. Nominations may be made by a petition of at least 1% (102) members, based on the number of members on record as of January 31, 2023.  Such nominations must be received by the secretary of the credit union (Mark Consorte) at its 105 Sanford Street, Hamden office no later than April 10, 2023. To be effective, petition nominations must be accompanied by a signed certificate from the nominee stating agreement with the nomination and willingness to serve if elected.
