CrossPoint Federal Credit Union is taking precautions to re-open our lobbies while continuing to protect the health and well-being of our members, employees, and community. We’re looking forward to seeing our members and helping to assist with any financial challenges this unprecedented time has caused.
There are significant changes in the lobby areas. Social distancing and the use of masks and hand sanitizing is expected. Member transactions at the teller line may be limited cash and purchase of official checks transactions only. If you do not have a mask please continue to use the drive-up teller.
While the lobbies were closed we provided all normal member services through a variety of channels. The few services that required lobby/in-person contact were being performed on an appointment basis. We anticipate the use of appointments continuing even as our lobbies open and our employees return from working from home.
We encourage all members to continue using the alternative access even with the lobbies open.
The New Haven Orange Street office and the SCSU office will remain closed until we receive notice of the dates when the buildings will be open to the public and we are aware of what restrictions may apply. We speculate that it could be many more weeks or even months before those locations will be able to reopen.
We continue to monitor the CDC and State to be sure we comply with all the requirements to keep our Members and Employees Safe!
