All members are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.

The first 40 CrossPoint members to RSVP will receive a $100 VISA Gift Card. In order to be eligible to receive the $100 VISA Gift Card, you must have been a member prior to 04/14/25. Gift card only available to in-person attendees.

As of 4/15: All 40 $100 VISA Gift Cards have been accounted for.

In accordance with the bylaws of the credit union, the chair approves the following nominees:

Mark Consorte – Mark has served as a dedicated Board member on CrossPoint’s Board for 14 years now. Mark is a retired Hamden Detective with 36 years of service.

Michael Gormany – Michael is a seasoned financial specialist working for the city of New Haven since 2004. Michael is the Director of Finance for the City of West Haven. Michael has been a member of the ALCO (Asset and Liability) committee for CrossPoint Federal Credit Union for the last 4 years.

Catherine Galasso-Vigorito – Catherine has been writing a nationally syndicated weekly column for over 20 years. She is a bestselling author of 3 books. She has written a monthly column of encouragement for our servicemen and women. Catherine has been providing a beloved inspirational voice in our Shoreline community. Catherine currently works for Full Power Radio helping local businesses with their marketing as well as philanthropic endeavors. She is a life-long resident of the Connecticut Shoreline. 

Other Nominations

Nominations may be made by a petition of at least 1%, based on the
number of members on record as of January 31, 2025 (102). Such nominations must be received by the secretary of the credit union (Mark Consorte) at 105 Sanford Street, Hamden office no later than April 17, 2025. To be effective, petition nominations must be accompanied by a signed certificate from the nominee stating agreement with the nomination and willingness to serve if elected. Final nominations will be posted at the credit union office by April 24, 2025, in accordance with the credit union bylaws.
